Winter Season: December 1st - March 31th
Cancel 30 days before arrival free of charge. Cancellations inside of 30 days will forfeit full payment.
Non-refundable/ Advance Purchase Rates:
Full payment due and 100% non-refundable at the time of booking.
Guests who have booked under a third-party website, a travel agency or any other way than the hotel direct or hotel website, need to refer to cancellation policy provided with the third-party website confirmation email.
Credit cards accepted by Adara Hotel:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Pre paid credit cards are not accepted.
Age requirements:
All guests staying over May long weekend (Victoria Day) and Martin Luther King weekend must be 25 or older. Bookings will not be available online and will have to be booked direct. Photo Identification will be required upon check-in
All reservations made at Adara Hotel require that the guest reserving the room is 19 years of age or older and holds their own valid credit card. This card must be presented at time of check-in. All additional guests in the room must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (25+)
Guests under the age of 21 or group bookings are required to sign a noise and financial liability waiver and leave a $250 deposit via cash or credit card.
A Note About Our Location & Noise:
Adara Hotel is located in the heart of Whistler Village, surrounded by restaurants, bars, entertainment, and nightlife. While our central location makes it easy to enjoy everything Whistler has to offer, it also means that guests may experience increased activity and noise, particularly on weekends, holidays, and during special events.
Please note that we cannot control the volume of music from nearby venues or the sounds of people enjoying Whistler Village after hours. While we take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of noise within the hotel, some sounds from the surrounding village may be audible in guest rooms.
We want you to choose the accommodation that best suits your stay. If a quiet or secluded environment is a priority, you may wish to consider accommodations outside the village centre.
By choosing to stay at Adara, guests acknowledge that occasional noise is a possibility due to our vibrant downtown location. Noise-related concerns do not qualify for discounts or refunds.
