Our hotel is situated in a vibrant part of town, surrounded by bustling nightlife and entertainment venues, including a popular nightclub in close proximity. While we take great pride in our central location and the convenience it offers to our guests, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about the potential for increased activity and noise levels, especially during peak hours. As a result, it is possible that you may experience some noise disturbances, particularly during weekends or special events. We understand that a peaceful environment is essential for a comfortable stay, and we want to assure you that we have taken steps to minimize the impact of noise on our guests' experience.

Payment, cancellation, and refund policy:

Spring Season: April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025

1st night deposit taken at the time of booking. Cancellation 72 hours before arrival for full refund. Cancellations inside of 72 hours will forfeit 1st night deposit. Remaining balance due on day of arrival.

Summer Season: July 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025

1st night deposit taken at the time of booking. Cancellation 7 days before arrival for full refund. Cancellations inside of 7 days will forfeit 1st night payment. Remaining balance due on day of arrival.

Fall Season: September 1, 2025 - November 20, 2025

1st night deposit taken at the time of booking. Cancellation 72 hours before arrival for full refund. Cancellations inside of 72 hours will forfeit 1st night deposit. Remaining balance due on day of arrival.

Peak Season:  November 22, 2024 - March 31, 2025

1st night deposit taken at the time of booking. Cancellation 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations inside of 14 days will forfeit full payment.

Non-refundable/ Advance Purchase Rates:

Full payment due and 100% non-refundable at the time of booking.

Guests who have booked under a third-party website, a travel agency or any other way than the hotel direct or hotel website, need to refer to the cancellation policy provided with the third-party website confirmation email.

All guests staying in the hotel must be at least 19 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

All guests must be over 25 years old when staying on Martin Luther King weekend or Victoria Day (May Long) weekend.

Firelane: We kindly remind you that parking in the fire lane outside the hotel is strictly prohibited and may result in a parking fine. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this policy and utilizing the designated short stay areas within the vicinity of the hotel. It is important to note that the hotel holds no liability for any tickets issued or damages incurred as a result of parking in the fire lane.

Damage Policy

The Adara Hotel is pleased to offer you a smoke free environment. Should there be any indication of smoking in your room or patio, there will be a minimum $250.00 charge applied to your account.To ensure the preservation of our property and to cover any potential damages, there will be a $150 pre-authorized hold required per stay. This deposit will be returned upon check-out after ensuring no damages have occurred during the stay. Please note; The Adara Hotel reserves the right to alter the total amount paid for incidentals, at the hotel's own discretion.

Parking Policy

Valet or self parking is available for $33.00 a night excluding taxes and is subject to availability. Parking is valid until 2pm the following day. We kindly remind you that parking in the fire lane outside the hotel is strictly prohibited and may result in a parking fine. The hotel holds no liability for any tickets issued or damages incurred as a result of parking in the fire lane.

Noise Policy

As a result, it is possible that you may experience some noise disturbances, particularly during weekends or special events. We want to assure you that we have taken steps to minimize the impact of noise on our guests' experience. The Adara Hotel is not liable for any external noise and does not provide refunds or discounts due to noise.

Aside from licensed venues, the Resort Municipality of Whistler bylaw states that "noise that disturbs the peace after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. will not be tolerated within the resort municipality boundaries." The Adara Hotel reserves the right to evict and charge a $250.00 fee for noise violations.

Property

The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables. The hotel is not responsible for items left in guest rooms after departure.

Early Check Out/ No Show Policy

In the event of a no show or early check out, the Adara Hotel will charge for the full cost of the original stay.

Late Check Out Policy

The Adara Hotel check out time is 11am on the day of departure. Guests are able to purchase late check out at a rate of $50 per hour, subject to availability and approval from the front desk staff. Guests failing to adhere to the check out time are subject to charges at the discretion of the hotel.

Mutual Respect Agreement

The Adara Hotel has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or harmful behavior towards staff. The Adara reserves the right to evict guests at their own discretion.

Dog Policy

Dogs are permitted to stay at the Adara Hotel at an additional cost of $25 per dog per night, excluding taxes. Dogs must not be left unaccompanied in rooms unless permitted by staff & the Adara reserves the right to charge additional for any damages caused.
