The Adara Whistler Hotel is proud to provide an in-house dining experience, through our partnership with the Stonesedge Kitchen. Located through the mezzanine level of the hotel, and so it’s only an elevator ride away!

Stonesedge Kitchen embraces rustic elegance, effortless charm, and is polished without being fussy. Discreetly tucked away off the Village stroll it is the perfect place to catch up over charcuterie and cocktails, enjoy a delectable brunch with friends, or dinner with a date. Brunch is a leisurely experience full of hearty plates designed to be savored while sipping on a freshly steamed latte, a mimosa, or a crafted Canadian Caesar.

The FireRock Lounge

Located just off the stroll, in the Westin Resort & Spa, you’ll find the FireRock Lounge – a warmly-lit intimate chalet-style bar. This is the perfect spot for a date night, or a catch up over cocktails, a glass of wine and a cheese board.

Our experienced bartenders masterfully curate cocktails for every taste. The menu features delicious bar snacks, lunch and dinner options, all prepared in the Grill & Vine by Westin Executive Chef Bradley Cumming and his team. These are the perfect accompaniment to a handcrafted cocktail, wine, or BC draught beer.

If it is grape varietals you are after, our wine list is extensive and features international and local delights that will appease your palate. For a taste tour of Scotland, try one of over 20 different Scotches, handpicked by our resident whisky connoisseur. Black's Pub

A gastropub fit for its vistas, Black’s Pub is a destination unto itself. Situated right at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb, this 2-level gastropub features unparalleled views of both mountains.

It is the perfect spot to begin and finish your day in the mountains. Serving lunch, après, dinner, and late-night, Black’s Pub is a staple in the Village. From the top deck, you can watch as the skiers and snowboarders come into an orchestrated corral, or in the summer watch the bikers pump down A-Line and skid into the plaza.

Black’s Pub is a place for neighbors and the community to share great food, fantastic drinks, and culture.
