Crankworx Whistler 2012

From August 10^th to the 19^th one of the biggest mountain bike festivals and parties of the year will roll through Whistler. In only its 8^th year Cranworx Whistler has established itself as one of the premier mountain bike competitions in the world. Every year hundreds of best riders from around the world flock to Whistler to showcase their skills to the tens of thousands in attendance.

Over the ten days sixteen different contests will be staged. Every day will focus on a new facet of mountain biking including, Best Trick, Canadian Open Downhill and Fat Tire Crit Street Racing just to name a few.

Crankworx is known for two things the aforementioned biking and of course the partying that is sure to follow. While the events may be the highlight of the day they are only the appetizer for the after parties that rage all night. Every day the festival is on there is sure to be a fun night ahead.
