Nightlife is synonymous with Whistler, like every resort town when the sun goes down the party gets going. Every night of the week in Whistler one of the clubs or pubs is bound to be going off. Listed below is your nightlife guide to every day of the week.

Monday Night | What's Hot?

Tommy Africa's: 80's Night

Monday may be the beginning of the work week but whistler doesn't take nights off. If you're looking to get the weekend started off with a bang make sure to hit up Tommy Africa's 80's night. Tommy Africa's has been serving thirsty patrons since 1998 and since it's opening 80's night has always been one of its biggest draws. Dress up in your funky 80's attire and dance the night away to those retro 80's beats. So if you're looking to get down on Monday night make sure to give Tommy Africa's a look.

Tuesday Night | What's Hot?

Maxx Fish: Real Good Tuesday's With Mat the Alien

For year's local DJ Mat the Alien has been spinning vinyl in Whistler all the way back to when it actually was vinyl. Whistler's most notorious and successful DJ Mat the Alien treats visitors to a blend of dubstep, rock, rap and house music. Not afraid to dip into his vast collection of records Mat plays anything he thinks will get the crowd on the dance floor. If you're looking for nothing but Top 40 tracks this ain't going to fit your vibe. But if you're looking for the busiest night of the week and a killer DJ who isn't afraid to mix it up make sure to check out Maxx Fish every Tuesday night with Mat the Alien.

Wednesday Night | What's Hot?

Buffalo Bills: Industry Night

Wednesday night is industry night at Buffalo Bills. Make sure to get to the door before 10PM on Wednesday or else you'll be waiting in line for the next hour. Usually Bills caters to an older crowd on the weekend but Wednesday night is flush with locals and people in the industry. Local DJ's are always playing a mix of hip hop, rock and dubstep keeping the people moving all night. Bills is one of Whistler's biggest night clubs and offers a lower deck bar, upper deck bar, huge dance floor and game room. Bills is where the party is at Wednesday night make sure to check out if you're in town.

Thursday Night | What's Hot?

Garfinkel's: Garfinkel's Skate Night / Locals night

Join DJ Rich-A and the boys Thursday night for Garfinkel's Skate Night. One of Whistler's hottest DJ's Rich-A spins a mix of anything and everything that will get butts on the dance floor. One of the coolest things about Thursday's at Garfs is the live mini ramp located in the bar. Skaters rip up the pipe as Rich-A and the boys spin tracks in the background. Often backed by touring DJ's and Hip Hop acts Thursday's at Garfs is the longest running local's night in Whistler. Always packed every Thursday make sure to check out Garfs and get an early start to the weekend.

Friday Night & Saturday Night | What's Hot?

The two biggest draws of the week Friday & Saturday night can be busy anywhere Whistler. Your best bet is to pick up a copy of the local paper to see which type of DJ or group is in town that weekend and carter your tastes towards that. If it's a club you're looking for check out any one of the nightclubs we've mentioned in the previous nights including: Garfinkles, Tommy Africa's, Maxx Fish, Buffalo Bills or Moe Joes. If you're instead looking for more of a sit down bar or pub make sure to check out: The Longhorn, Citta's, The Amsterdam, Dusty's Bar & Grill, The Cinnamon Bear, GLC or Crystal Lodge. There are so many options in Whistler it can make your head spin. Each club or bar specializes in a different type of theme or music scene on any different weekend so make sure to ask around or check out the Whistler Question or Pique to see what type of music is playing at your preferred establishment.

Sunday Night | What's Hot?

Moe Joes: Sunday Night Glow Party

Don't let the final night of the week scare you from going out especially if work isn't staring you in the face Monday morning. If you're looking for action on Sunday no where's going to be busier then Moe Joe's Sunday Night Glow Party. Get ready for bright lights, dope beats and cheap drinks. Resident DJ Fidel Ca$hflow & Dj Turtle are always there to keep the party moving all night with a mix up of dubstep, house and electro. Sunday night drink specials include $4.50 Kokanee's, $6.50 Jager Bombs and $12.75 mini jugs.
