New Adara Hotel G.M. - Robert Simpson

The owners of the Adara Hotel are proud to introduce their new General Manager, Robert Simpson, as of the first of March 2012. Robert has over 30 years of experience in the hotel business and has had similar positions in Canada, Germany and the Czech Republic. A graduate of Toronto's Ryerson University of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Robert has worked with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Canadian Pacific Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels and Relais et Chateau during his career.

Robert's mandate is to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. With original ideas, a superb staff, the best location and warm design, the new team of the Adara Hotel will delight it's guests, exceeding expectations on every level.

The history of the Adara dates back to the late 1980's when the building was constructed as the Timberline Lodge. In 2005 extensive renovations transformed the rustic lodge into a dynamic, designer boutique hotel. The concept of the Box Interior Design agency, was soon the 'talk of the town'. Box design was awarded with the IIDA Northern Pacific Chapter: InAwards 2006 Design in Hospitality for their striking work on the Adara Hotel.
