Downhill mountain biking's popularity is certainly on the up, In recent years there has been a sharp increase in people taking up the sport both male and female. The pacific north-west has long been seen as a "mecca" for mountain biker with some of the greatest terrain in the world. From the rolling baron hills of Kamloops to the wet and muddy North Shore in Vancouver there is something to suit all tastes.
Since opening Whistler Mountain Bike Park has set the gold standard in destination mountain biking. Visitors come from all over the world to ride some of the most famous trails in the world, Mention A-Line to any mountain bike enthusiast and watch the grin appear on their face.
This year the park will be opening on May 17th to the general public and will likely draw large crowds from all over the Pacific north-west.
With some keen riders in our staff already we will be looking to make sure that the Adara will be the spot for mountain bikers this summer.
