Day 9 of the annual Telus World Ski
and Snowboard Festival. The festival has been dubbed
as the "The biggest annual gathering of winter sports, music, arts
and culture in North America". Enjoy this incredible festival
which included many free events such as the daily outdoor music
concerts.
The annual Whistler DogFest will be taking place in the Town Plaza from 10am to 4pm. Proceeds from this event will go the WAG, Whistler's local animal shelter.
Animal Nation will be on the Main Stage in the Skiers Plaza in the afternoon.
Today is also sees one of the most anticipated events of the festival - Big Air. The Big Air competition sees the worlds best athletes compete in this impressive event. The event starts at 7pm and finishes at 10pm with awards.
During the Big Air event DJ Grandtheft will be entertaining the crowds.
Don't miss the ultimate season ending party at the Whistler Conference Centre from 10pm to 4am. The End featuring electrifying DJs, and sensory overloading sound and lighting systems.
