This annual event takes place outside Dusty's Bar and BBQ in Whistler's Creekside. This is a great weekend for all the family and you will get to sample some of the best BBQ food you have ever tried!
The Canadian National BBQ Championships draws competitors far and wide from local legends to world champions.
Sunday is the actual Canadian National BBQ Championships. This is the time sample some of the best BBQ food in the world. Cooks from all over North America will be competing for the honour of Canadian Champion with $5,000 in cash and prizes, and an invitation to the World Championships in Lynchburg.
The schedule for Sunday:
- 11:00 am Pork Butt turn-in
- 11:30 am The Ravenswood 4th Annual Cork & Pork turn-in
- 12:00 pm Beef Brisket turn-in
- 1:00 pm Chicken turn-in
- 2:00 pm Ribs turn-in
- 4:30 pm AWARDS CEREMONY
