Whistler celebrates New
Years Eve with a legendary celebration called First
Night. First Night is a family friendly, no alcohol
celebration that takes over the Whistler Village Square and the
Whistler Conference Centre. This is a great evening and will
be filled with fun events including live music, street
entertainment, workshops and storytelling for people of all
ages.
There will be an earlier New Years countdown for the younger participants. There will be of course a firework display and a countdown as Midnight approaches.
Whistler First Night is a ticketed event and sections of
Whistler Village will be sectioned off for this family fun
event. Whistler provides a safe, secure and creative
alternative to alcohol-based New Year's celebrations.
