Yoga Beyond Boundaries

Enjoy a special yoga workshop with Erin Anderson of
White Gold Yoga. Erin recently traveled to Kenya to
work with the Africa Yoga Project. She has raised over
$11,000 for this great cause. and is excited to share her lessons
from her Africa Yoga Project experience. Through the physicality of
a Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga practice, participants will access
their true nature, give up limited beliefs and cultivate a clearer
vision of what lights them up!
The workshop will take place at the Squamish Lil'wat
Cultural Centre from 10am to 12 pm. The price is $25 and
can be paid at the door.
