Soirée: A Wine & Food Affair, presented by award winning restaurateur Jack Evrensel, is an evening of culinary pleasures specifically themed as a winemaker's dinner and is hosted in his renowned restaurant - Araxi in Whistler.
A feast for the senses, the evening's sensory journey of food and wine will start with a delightful reception, followed by a five-course dinner prepared by Exec. Chef James Walt. The evening will include a series of inspiring compositions and tantalizing flavours that will be carefully paired with award-winning wines from Diageo.
This evening will include a special guest appearance and also a silent auction featuring extraordinary and unique items and experiences.
