Adara Hotel has limited business services available, please contact Guest Services.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Adara gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 16 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Housekeeping
Daily pick-up of garbage/recycling, replacement of towels as required and bedmaking is provided between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm. Our staff will knock on your door and enter your suite to complete the service. Full service (including fresh linens, etc.) will be provided on the third day of your stay – if you are staying for a week. Full clean including new linens is available on request at anytime during your stay; please contact Guest Servcies for pricing and to arrange service.
Internet
All rooms are equipped with complimentary high speed Internet access. For guests without laptops, we have a complimentary laptop available to use.
Parking
Valet parking is available when you check in. There are no other areas in Whistler where you can park for free overnight. The skier day lots are only available during the day.

Pets
The Adara is a pet friendly resort. Upon check in we you will need to fill out a pet registration card.
Pools (Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub)
Adara’s outdoor heated pool is open seasonally from 10:00 to 10:00pm. The hot tub is open year-round from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Both amenities are found on the second floor and can be accessed using your room card. For safety reasons, our hot tub is not open once outside temperatures drop below -20C (wind chill combined temperature). The main pool temperature is 30C (84F) and the hot tub is 40C (104F). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants. Change rooms and showers are located next to the hot tub and showering is required prior to entry. Towels are provided in the change rooms – please do not remove bath towels from your room.
Quiet Times
Adara hotel likes to respect the enjoyment of the property for all guests. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. In case of disturbance or emergency, please contact Guest Services by dialing “0”.

The Adara Hotel is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
