Stylish Boutique Hotel Opens its Doors to the Public for the First Time; Offers Special Introductory Rates

(Whistler, British Columbia) - After an approximately nine month construction period, Adara Hotel opened its doors to visitors for the first time on January 27, 2006. Now, the hotel invites travelers to take advantage of its one-time, special introductory rates – which grant hotel guests a 25% savings on stays of two or more nights. Whistler’s first and only designer boutique hotel, Adara – with its one-of-a-kind contemporary style –brings an element of urban sophistication to Whistler Village.

With a number of amenities unique to Adara alone, hotel guests will feel right at home when visiting the property. All guestrooms are equipped with a BODUM“ French press coffee maker and JJ Bean House of Coffee coffee, which is roasted within 24 hours of delivery to guarantee freshness. Adara receives coffee deliveries at least twice a week, ensuring that guests’ coffee experience is exemplary.

Bathrooms at Adara are lavish, as well – all bathrooms feature the Fresh line of body products for a unique bathing experience. Lemon-scented lotion, shower gel and soap, soy shampoo and pomegranate conditioner will leave guests feeling clean, fragrant and relaxed.

Guests with iPods will enjoy the iHome system, which is present in all rooms. The system allows guests to plug their personal iPods into the clock radio, which will then play iPod music through the stereo speakers while simultaneously charging the iPod. Both pre-loaded iPods and laptops are available for complimentary guest use.

For the month of March, special introductory rates (2 nights or more) run from $195/night for a superior room to $270/night for a one bedroom suite. Normal hotel rates range from $259 for a superior room and $359 for a one bedroom suite. Hotel rates are quoted in CAD (Canadian dollars) and are subject to availability.
