This list provides some alternative activities for when you want to sample a different side of Whistler.
Visit A Brewery
Whistler is home to a number of local breweries just waiting for you to stop by and sample their finely crafted ales. In fact, it’s beginning to be known as a craft brewing hub. A few of the local companies have spots for you to sit back and enjoy a pint while others require a scheduled tour. Regardless, a brewery tour is something you need to add to your list of things to do in Whistler.
A Tasting Tour
Can’t decide what restaurant to eat at? Try a few with a Whistler Tasting Tour. There is an abundance of fantastic restaurants just waiting to be sampled. Pick a tour around the time of day you want to eat, what type of dining you want to experience or even the wine you want to pair your food with!
Sure, jumping off cliffs on skis is rush but what about jumping off a bridge? 160 feet over the glacial fed Cheakamus River to be exact. Whistler Bungee is conveniently located a short drive from Whistler Village and is surrounded by old growth forests. An experience you won’t ever forget.
